Refund policy

Returns:

We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience possible, which is why we offer a 14-day return period starting from the delivery date. 

Please note, to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, classified as "new" - unopened, in their original packaging, and with no signs of use.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee if they change their mind. We can also provide product exchanges if customers change their mind and want a different product. Please email our team at sales@diyfuneralproducts.com and we will assist you.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, or for any questions regarding returns or cancellations, please contact our friendly support team at sales@diyfuneralproducts.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Who bears the costs for the return?

If the item arrives damaged, DIY Funeral Products will cover the return postage costs and provide a return label to our store, provided that you report the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery to your address.

If the customer changes their mind within 14 days after delivery, the customer will bear the cost of returning the goods.

How do I request a refund?

To return your item, please email us at sales@diyfuneralproducts.com. The return period is 14 days from the delivery date of the shipment. Items must be in new condition to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if the item is not in new condition. The processing time for a refund is within 7 days.

Cancellations:

At DIY Funeral Products, we strive to provide you with a pleasant experience when you shop with us. If you need to cancel your order, you have a 24-hour period from the time of purchase to do so without incurring any fees. Should you choose to cancel within this time-frame, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method which will appear within 7 days. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority!

Damaged/Incorrect Item:

If your order arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged due to transit, please reach out to us at sales@diyfuneralproducts.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered to your address. We will either refund or reship your order at no extra cost to you, DIY Funeral Products will cover all expenses. To facilitate the process, we will require a photo or video of the damaged item. Should you prefer to return the products, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
